AAC Block Production Line | High-Efficiency Lightweight Concrete Manufacturing Solution with Autoclaving Technology | Customizable for 50,000-1,000,000 m³/Year Capacity | Eco-Friendly Factory Direct
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete block production line (AAC Block Making Machine) produces lightweight, eco-friendly autoclaved aerated concrete bricks with cost-saving advantages. AAC block production line relies on specialized machinery to deliver lightweight, energy-efficient building materials. Key equipment includes:
- Jaw Crusher – Breaks raw materials (sand, limestone) into coarse aggregates with adjustable output sizes (30–300mm), ensuring uniform preprocessing for subsequent steps.
- Ball Mill – Grinds materials into fine powders (≤80μm fineness) using steel balls, critical for creating homogeneous slurry mixtures.
- Automated Batching System – Integrates slurry scales and DCS control to achieve ±0.5% measurement accuracy for cement, lime, water, and aluminum powder, optimizing material efficiency.
- High-Speed Pouring Mixer – Homogenizes slurry with foaming agents in 30–60 seconds, forming lightweight aerated mixtures for mold casting.
- Pre-Curing Chamber – Provides constant temperature and humidity (40–60℃, 85–95% humidity) environments to harden slurry in 2–4 hours, enabling smooth demolding.
- Autoclave – The core component uses high pressure (1.0–1.5MPa) and temperature (180–200℃) to cure blocks in 8–12 hours, enhancing compressive strength (3.5–7.5MPa).
- Precision Cutting Machine – Achieves ±1mm accuracy in shaping blocks (standard sizes: 600×200×200mm) via horizontal/vertical cutting, supporting customizable dimensions.
- Intelligent Conveying System – Includes ferry push cars and hoisters for automated material transfer, ensuring continuous workflow and 50,000–1,000,000 m³/year capacity
AAC Block Raw Materials
AAC is a lightweight cellular silicate product. Made from silicon-based materials (sand, fly ash, silicon-rich gangue) and calcium sources (cement, lime), it is mixed with a foaming agent (aluminum powder). Through processes like batching, mixing, pouring, pre-curing, cutting, and autoclaving, this lightweight concrete product is formed, featuring low density and cellular structure.
How To Make AAC Block?
AAC Brick Manufacturing Plant Process Flow
- Raw Materials: Grind fly ash (tailings, etc.), lime, and gypsum to the required fineness (200 mesh) and store them.
- Batching: Proportionally mix fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, and water in a mixing pot.
- Slurry Preparation: Heat the slurry to 40-50°C via steam, then add aluminum powder and mill for 1 minute.
- Foaming: Pour the slurry into molds and let it stand in a curing room for foaming for 2-2.5 hours.
- Cutting: Once the green body reaches cutting strength, cut it into specified sizes and transfer the blocks to trolleys.
- Autoclaved Curing: Trolleys enter the autoclave (vacuuming, pressure rising, pressure holding, pressure reducing). Cure under constant pressure of 1.2MPa for approximately 12 hours.
- Finished Products: Stack the blocks after autoclaving. Scrap and waste water generated throughout production can be recycled.
AAC Block Advantages
AAC blocks offer multiple advantages:
- lightweight (1/5 of traditional concrete)
- excellent thermal insulation (energy-saving for buildings)
- superior soundproofing via cellular structure
- high fire resistance (non-combustible, withstands 3+ hours)
- easy construction (sawable, drillable)
- seismic resistance due to low density
- eco-friendliness (uses industrial waste like fly ash)
- smooth surfaces reducing plastering needs
