Two types of EPS lightweight cement board machine

1. Vertical Mold Car

Our Lightweight prefabricated EPS cement panel machinery features vertical and horizontal mold cars. The vertical mold car is outstanding. It can produce sandwich and solid wall panels, with a high production capacity. For 100 – mm thick wall panels, one vertical mold car can make 36 sheets.

On the other hand, the horizontal mold cars, powered by EPS cement composite board machinery, are multi – functional but have lower productivity, making only 10 sheets per car for the same panels. To produce 300 sheets of 100 – mm thick wall panels daily, you need 9 vertical mold cars but 30 horizontal ones, showing a much higher machinery investment for the horizontal type with our EPS cement wallboard machine.

2. Horizontal Mold Car

The horizontal mold cars, part of our Lightweight EPS cement sandwich board machine setup, are highly multi – functional. They are capable of producing all types of wall panels, which are suitable for a wide range of applications.
 
These lightweight EPS wall panels produced by the horizontal mold cars can be used for interior and exterior wall partitions in steel or concrete structure buildings, whether it’s for new construction or renovations.
